turbo help???

alright well the story is quite simple. i drive to the store the car is running perfectly. i buy a bag of fiery habenero doritos mmmmmm and go out to my car. then as i decide to boost i hear a rattling noise and then i let off the accelerator. i then noticed that the BOV sounded very weak. so i revved it up again and the same thing happened. i havent had a chance to look at anything yet because its dark out, but i was wondering if anyone had any ideas of what the malfunction may be.

Check your turbine housing gasket. When mine blew out I got a weird rattling noise. Get a stainless gasket and throw it back together.

You should not bump your threads, people will help you if they know the answer. As for your problem first see if the BOV vac line blew off of your BOV. I had that happen once and the car had the symptoms your does. GoodLuck.

Also You might have partialy blown an IC pipe, Do a boost leak test. That always good to do anyways.
