I've researched until my head hurt and got full of info that I may not need with this particular issue, so Im looking to you guys for the answers.

So after cleaning up my engine bay quite a bit about a month and a half ago, I looked around this evening to see if there had been any noticeable build up anywhere. It looked pretty dark (gritty, black oil buildup) where the LICP connected to the turbo at the flange that has 2 bolts. I started to trace it backwards (from intake manifold, to UICP, to sidemount, to LICP) to see how far this oil had gotten. I didnt have to look very far...

The connection between the UICP and intake manifold had a small amount of oil collected in it so I cleaned it out, and on to the rest. THe SMIC had a small pool of it, and the LICP was pretty wet. I also checked the breather tube (i dont have a breather filter) and it was dry (I replaced most hoses in the car after cleaning the engine bay back in january).

Also, while driving, I notice my OEM oil pressure gauge (i know its probably not the best tool to use) fluctuates between normal while moving and no pressure when at idle for about 5 minutes.

I have a boost gauge and a type-s BOV, but thats it. T25 installed on it. She's pretty stock :(

Here's my questions:
1. Anything else I need to check for?
2. Does this sound like just a bad seal on my turbo, or a bigger problem?
3. Can a seal be blown and I still am able to keep full boost?
4. If the turbo is blown and I need replacement, im planning on s16g and can't find any for sale in classifieds at the moment. Im deathly afraid of an ebay turbo unless someone can highly recommend one. Can someone point me in the right direction?

A little oil is normal as you should have your crank case venting back into your intake manifold, right?

You never say if you actually hold boost...can you?

No, I doubt you will find anyone to recommend an ebay turbo. Just keep an eye out on the classifieds, or post a WTB yourself. If you're concerned about the oil, you can get yourself a catch can but that will lead to a lot more research.
