turbo clicks and there's no boost

I just recently purchased a 16g turbo from e-bay I barely installed it I'm running completely stock 2g and I noticed that it won't boost up and when it does start to it makes a clicking noise and it cuts out a little bit but it won't hold any boost any ideas are appreciated.

ebay 16gs are junk, take your intake tube off and check for shaft play or a loose compessor wheel
