Turbine housing comparison

Hi, i read since a couple of years about the Holset turbos and now the time came to change the turbine housing on mine HX40 and i wanted to ask: What would give faster spool the 0.70 T3 housing or a genuine Holset 16ccm2 ? And how big would the difference be?

The manifold would be a non divided one so i would knife edge the divider.
