Anyone ever tune with ECU flash and innovate wideband? I am keeping both existing O2 sensors and adding a bung for the wideband sensor on my stock down pipe. I am wondering if anyone out there has tuned with this setup, and if so did they wire the wideband to the ecu, simultaneously log the wideband and evoscan, or just eyeball the gauge while tuning? I haven't read anything about ECU flash having a narrow band emulator so I didn't really consider placing the wideband sensor in the upstream O2 sensor location. Plus although I know it's done a lot, innovate doesn't reccomend it. Thanks for your input!

Thanks Dsmkauai, I was wondering if it did that. Still unsure how wiring would go to replace O2 sensor, splice into original O2 sensor wiring? Or attach to ECU?
If I just used a new location for the WB, would it have to replace the existing up or downstream O2 sensor input into ECU? Or is there a separate pin it could go to?
Sorry never did anything to this car before!

No directly to ecu. If your planning to keep the front o2 intact then use the rear pin # 75. You can see available pins here. I would just replace the front o2 and use narrowband sim and then put wb in pin 76 (front o2) at ecu. How I've ran mine with no issues for years bro. You really don't need the rear o2 all it does is check if the cats working like it should. And it's hawaii don't even matter LOL. http://www.ecmtuning.com/wiki/externalsensorinput

If you want to wire into the ECU, use the link below. I used the rear 02 pin because I'm catless and the rear 02 is worthless from a performance standpoint. However, when I did this, my readings were not completely accurate. It was usually about .2 AFR off.

So, I ended up buying a USB to serial cable off of Amazon and it works beautifully. Ended up having to change the comports to get it working right but it is dead on as far as I can tell.

I have an aem wideband and I am kinda going through the same issue right now. I have found a little bit of info on setting up either of our widebands alone via usb port in google. This makes it really simple and you do not have to splice into any ecu wires, nor do you have to get rid of either of your two O2 sensors. It will be one extra usb to plug in along with your existing usb plug to scan/flash when you want to log. I'm going to be testing this in the next day or two and if it works I will make a tutorial.
