Tuning question....stumped!!!!

I have a MafT and AFC setup. Ovbivously I zero out the MafT and set it for injectors. I tune with my afc for my a/f. I just picked up a set of PTE 680cc injectors and I went to tune tonight. I checked my O2's and its rediculously lean. I wasnt getting any o2 trim but my o2 voltage did cycle. I have the afc richened to get the o2 to show even close to right. I have my rpms ranges pretty much up to +15%. My O2 voltage is reading aboput .60 volt at the highest. I cant figure out why I need sooooo much fuel. I have a td06-20g with 264/272 cams. The rest of my setup is in my profile. Any advice would be great. TIA!
 
First, are your injectors brand new? I have heard of fuel trims being off alot from one injector not working properly. Also, maybe try resetting the ecu, to reset the fuel trims and see if that helps.

If not, all I can recommend is an ECU that is programmed for your MAFT and inj.
 
Make sure you have the MAFT set for the proper injectors... if its off by one click it could explain the need to richen up everything on the AFC.
 
yea if your maft is set for 600's then richening it up may just be because your car naturally runs lean. Another note, with PTE 680's you 1000rpm setting will be a lot richer than the rest.

To give you an idea my settings(with no maft) are

-8, -18, -21, -21, -21, -21, -20, -20

If your o2 is cycling during normal driving then you are reasonably close to where you need to have your fuel trims. If your air/fuel ratio guage is stuck on lean or rich then you need to adjust and you will most likely get a CEL at that point
