Ok i would like advice from experienced tuners

I have

colt 91 200gt,4g63t 1g stock pistons rods, 20g , 660cc , 255 pump , for tuning i have , a safc (blue first one) a 2.0 mafT with a 3.5 inch gm maf in draw trew mode (before turbo) with a bov return and all.

i also have a innovate wide band witch can log Rpm , and tps , etc, but not knock

so my questions are , where too start ?

my maft is set with the pre settings for 660cc's now , and all the other knobs a zero out. the safc is zero out on low , and about + 5 above 3500 on high just too be safe.

So do i log my afr, and tune my maft first then finish off with the safc, or do i just let the maft at the base settings for 660cc'S and tune only with the safc ?

for the safc , how do you guys tune ? do you tune for low , and log at lets say a third pedal , and then tune for high at WOT ,in what third or fourth ? i doubt ill hook in third . i was thinking of tuning for 10psi (stock ) and then moving it up all the way too 20-23psi , is this the way too go ?

whats the optimum afr 11.4 ? 11.7 ??

any tips , ideas and comments are welcome

I would leave the MAFT at the base settings for your injectors and use the SAFC for the fine tuning.

Read the above link and post any questions you may have later.

I would start a couple of psi below where you would like to end up. Starting 50% lower than your target is going to mean a lot of ongoing changes. I would recommend you start around 17psi and work your way up from there.

That will vary from car to car, but most people like to tune pump gas to 11.3:1.

Do you own a logger? Although a WBO2 is great, a logger/WBO2 combo is the way to go short of dyno time.
