I'm currently trying to tune my new motor and turbo. However at all boost levels as soon as I get into good boost 10+lbs, the car accel... however you ca tell timing is being pulled. We have pressure tested the system and fixed all the leaks and the Short and long term fuel stay about 0 to 3 percent on either side of the board. What can I do to reduce the timing drop and not only pull it up, smooth it out.

I'm using a pocketlogger and a SAFC2, for tuning on the 98 GSX with a 6 Bolt swap

The car runs great (otherwise) and idles smooth, my timing at idle is between 5 and 8, and my EGT's seem normal, maybe a little high after extended runs.

Also my only other quetion is that the car high idles(2K) at startup till it's warmed up and then it drops to 800 rpms.

98 GSX with 6 Bolt .20 over and ross pistons
Evo 3 Big16G Turbo
650 FIC Injectors
255hp Walboro fuel Pump
3" Apexi from the turbo back.

My current settings in the boost RPM's 3-5K is in the -15 to -18 range.

Please give me any sugestions or feedback.

looks like your running a set up like mine, first before you do anything you need to get that thing on a dyno or borrow a wideband o2 sensor. factory o2 readings are not acurate. just curious what is your timing at 6500 rpm and egt at 6500. I'll do my best to help out.
