How does a tubular manifold increase horse power? It would seem to me that the longer runners would make spool time increase.

Exhaust pressure is needed to spool a turbo, which is going to take longer to pressurize, a small cast mani, or a mani with wider and longer runners. You need to do some back to back runs with an actual tubular before you talk out your ass and post "bullshit" like that
