Trying to find new exhaust

Hi all! Trying to find a nice sounding catback, I just have the stock one right now. Hopefully cheap? Help me out

With some searching on ebay or any of vendors' sites combined with some browsing on YouTube, you could find the answer easily. I personally like the sound of this setup:

Oh one problem though, I own a spyder gst so I don't really know which ones fit..

Look for ones that are for a 2G FWD. There are only 4 options. 1G fwd, 1g awd, 2g fwd and 2g awd.

apexi, greddy, hks mufflers all look nice. for some reason the muffler i always seem to think it should be ultra name brand cause its somethin everyone can see at all times. my personal favorite, what i run and what i recomend to every one, APEXI N1 straight thru muffler. LOOKS AND SOUNDS AWSOME

I've got an HKS Carbon-Ti Exhaust System, it's not exactly cheap but it has a deep growl and a higher rpm roar that'll make any ricer's fart can sound cheap.

Can't go wrong with a true real live APEXI. N1 mufflers have been used on winning cars for about a decade now. They are proven good

SRS and Thermal are both good brand with deep sound. I personally would never pay the price for an N1. After all, it's not like one necessarily flows better than another, a pipe is a pipe so long as they're the same size. The best flowing exhaust is no muffler at all.

I remember that statement from a thread I opened a bit ago. I must admit. The car sounded delicious with no muffler while I was in town, could even hear the turbo through it. Driving 7 hours on the highway without one was a different story. Oh boy.

Adding a resonator or two can help. Also having the exhaust exiting the undercarriage so the sound isn't bouncing off the road. My Talon is actually the first car I've owned with a muffler and I plan to do something about that soon.

Thermal R&D is the best sounding exhaust there is. If you are looking for cheap just search eBay for one. Most of the eBay ones are decent sounding and fit fairly well.

JGTC, GT500, GT300 cars have run apexi mufflers. Race cars blowin fire out these mufflers lap after lap. Good enough for a personal street car as well.

Also, make sure you know what you're doing when you bolt up the exhaust. I didn't actually do the work on my exhaust, and the guy who did it did a crap welding job. A speed bump I didn't notice knocked the harness clean off. It's redneck rigged right now with a couple of rubber exhaust mounts. Only noticeable if you get up underneath the car.

HKS carbon/titanium is what i first wanted. ultra pricy. but worth every penny. looks second to none. also available in 3" 3.5" and 4"

No, it involves bolts, rubber hangers, and even an electrical connection or two.
