trying to find wire?

I am trying to run a blinking LED light that blinks when i turn my car off. My alarm one doesnt work anymore. Well anyway i got the LED and all other fun stuff i just cant find a wire that is dead during driving but then goes hot after the shut off car . Any ideas ?

12 volt bosch relay. Hook it to acc switch so it is an open circuit and closed when acc switch is off. Its not hard to do, you can get the relay at any autoparts store and do a search for bosch relay schematic for which poles to run wires from or you can look up fuel pump rewire and get the schematic that way.

yeah im not that good with all that relay stuff , i never used them.
