TRW Waterpump

Ok I in the process of doing my 6 bolt swap and I need a water pump. I have heard bad and good about different water pumps other than OEM/ Mitsu.

I see that slowboy offers a TRW waterpump for 59 bux.

Can I get some feedback on the WATERPUMP ONLY.

Also, do you know if the one the offer is new or rebuilt.

I don't know about that particular pump but I can tell you I bought a rebuilt GMB pump(40 bux) that blew in 25k and then I bought a brand new Bosch pump(70 bux) with a lifetime warranty and so far runnign strong.

Sorry to bring this post back from the dead, but I'm in the middle of doing a timing belt replacement and I'm going to change the water pump out at the same time. Where did you get the Bosch pump? How many miles do you have on it now?

A friend of mine, an accomplished dsm'er and mitsubishi mechanic, told me he's had the same luck with the new ASC pumps from Advance Auto Parts as he has had with any other brand including Mitsubishi. Dude knows his shit, so I'm going that route. Lifetime warranty too.
