Trust timing belt/components?

Would yall put a brand new bever ran oem belt that was installed on a motor 4 years okay bit never ran?

Also same thing for the pulleys and tensioner? All installed but never ran 4 years ago, just sat on the motor

I wouldn't trust that belt. might be dry rotted or stretched since it was never ran. for less than a hundred bucks why risk it
