Trubo Install Question

I am having problems installing my 50 trim. The o2 housing will not line up with exhaust side of the turbo. I have the turbo connected to the exhaust manifold and I have the o2 connected to the down pipe. Any advice or tricks to get the two lined up without prying the hell out of it and possibly breaking something. Thanks in advance.

I don't want to insult your inteligence but did you make sure the exhuast isn't hung up on anything?Sometimes it will get hung up on the cross member. Which O2 housing are you using? Some force may be needed to line it up.

No its not hung up on anything. I tore it all out in one shebang. I had a new turbo, exhaust mani, o2 housing, and wastegate. I think that its the wastegate hitting my fans. But when I had it all out with just the o2 connected to the downpipe it didn't seem to be in the right spot. Well now I know that its not in the right spot. I guess I will just have to use my pry bar. Anyone else know or should I say have any tips its the pte 5031 turbo with a fp mani, Punishment o2, and an 35mm SSAC wastegate.

wow, that blows, just be careful, i suggest you don't use the pry bar, it's probably the manifold, its not aligning your turbo properly. See if using the stock manifold lines things up, if it does, box that bad boy up and return it

Well really I think that the problem is not the manifold but rather the downpipe or the o2 housing.
I would lean more towards the o2 housing personally but we will see tomorrow. My holes are about an inch and a half off. So I think that I might try and pry on the downpipe.
