Troubleshooting only cyl 2 & 3 firing

2G 6 bolt swap 96 GSX, recent head replace.
DSMlink 2.5, hx35, 750cc inj., afpr, supporting mods...

Only firing cylinders 2 & 3.
All 4 injectors work.
Tested cam angle sensor - 0v signal, so replaced it with a black top.
Tested coil pack, power transistor, including continuity back to ecu.

What resistance should be seen from power transistor connector (harness side) pin3 (Vb battery voltage) to ground? Shouldn`t it be infinte? I see 24 ohms now.

Same exact reading from coil connector (triangle 3 pin) pin1 (batt voltage) harness side to ground.

Cam Angle Sensor connector (harness side) pin 3, battery voltage, measures infinite resistance to ground.

Is there continuity between 3 and 8 when you have voltage applied to 3 and 7? I do not know what the the OHMS should be. I wouldnt assume to much 24 is pretty high wih no load. Even coils like alternators only have like 9-17. 24ohms under 1.5volts applied may not be unreasonable. You dont have main power applied right? You will get OL under that load. I have to do some digging. I bet there is a prob though with the power transistor if its just 1 and 4 with the issue and you have done all thbe other checks
