Today I installed the pump and then tried startn it and the motor just would spin over. So i tried it again and nothing happened. I checked every fuse in the car but nothing, but when i took the little cover off from the floor of the hatch and i broke some kinda sending unit the was connected to the top of it. I have a 92 talon tsi AWD.

I'm not sure what you are meaning by you broke the sending unit, but if you are getting voltage at the pump i would definetely start looking to make sure that the o-ring is not ripped, and is square in the bore;)

you can either try and find a new fuel pump assembly or if its not too badly broken off use some jb weld and just see if that will keep it on. worst case scenario is that it doesnt work and you have to get a new assembly anyway.

Ok but why isnt the engine turning over. It won't do anything. My horn or no lights work on the cluster, the windows dont work. i dont know

you checked all 3 fuse boxes? and check the connections to your battery to make sure they are on tight.

i checked all of them. An everything seemed to be ok. The lights work when I open the doors, and the running lights also work.

i dont know what to tell you. just check over everything you may have touched recently to see if it got messed up.
