transmission grinding at high RPM

My Clutch gave out out on me last winter and had to replace it. It shifts smooth in every gear but when I'm feeling like pushing 140hp to the limit it doesn't feel right. When shifting from 5.5k- redline it makes a grind when I engage into the next gear. Does anyone know what the cause of the problem is? I change my transmission oil a month ago hoping that it will troubleshoot the grinding and it still grinds at high rpm.

I'm thinking either bad syncrhos, or you need to adjust your clutch. I'd start with the clutch adjustment first, it's the simpler problem.

How did the old trans oil look?
