Transmission Control Unit

I think my TCU needs replaced. I do not have a manual to this car yet because none of the stores around here have one. It's on order now though Anyways, can anyone tell me exactly where this TCU is on the car? Pics?

MD750092 - right under the stereo. You can pull the covers off the sides to get to it.

Thanks. MD750093 is for just FWD right? And MD750092 is for AWD?

Ok thanks. My trans is not shifting right, so before I attempt to rebuild it, I want to get that unit tested to see if the problem lies there

Actually, I just talked to the guy i bought it from. He says that they tested it with Alldata and it read that valve body malfunction, spring 3 is stuck open. With that being said, couldn't i just get a new valve body and replace it? Like out of a salvage tranny? If so, what transmissions use that same valve body?
