Ok well 2 weeks later i got my car back from Chrysler, with my Brand new shiny T-case... My car wasnt driven around because i made sure to take a picture of my Odemeter before i brought it up to the dealership.... But Now when i back up(reverse) my driveshaft for some reason kinda taps on my N1 exhaust. Its never done that at all before... Also my for some reason my car feels restricted/slower not because of power but because it feels like something is holding it back... Sorta feels like someone is applying the brakes but not enough for me to stop.... Again my car has never done this before my original transfer case locked up on me.... The only thing i can think of is maybe that they replaced my T-case with a new revised one but maybe they used a new t-case from the 97-99 years which have a different gear ratio... What would a 95 tranny with a 97-99 T-case feel like? I've heard The ratio is different and sooner or later something is going to break either the tranny or the T-case because of the difference in ratio.... Here are the Part numbers that were Just replaced on my Car under the Recall...
97 WC40
1 MD758205 Transfercase
1 CCFE7801 Yoke Package
1 5010320AA Lubricant

Can someone tell me if the T-case is from a 97-99 just from looking at the Part number????
Let me know because my car drives really weird like it is restricted or something... Also my spool up used to be right at 4500 rpm with my 60-1 and now i get full spool up at 5600rpm because of the drag on my car..... Nothing else was messed with on my car when it went to the dealership i checked everything and nothing was messed with other than the T case

The gear ratios on all transfer cases is the same. The only difference was the spline count on the '90 models. Your situation sounds like a center differential problem. Were the splines worn on the output shaft when the transfer case was pulled?

I had a problem with my center diff when my T-case was replaced and it is not covered under the recall, it's a separate issue. Why the dealer didn't tell me about the worn shaft at the time I don't know, but my output shaft failed about 8 months after the recall and I had to replace the center diff, the output shaft, and the input gear in my brand new t-case!
