Maybe coincidence, but 1 &2 shift normal. 3,4,&5 shift strange. This all happened after swapping turbos and now it feels "gooey" for lack of better words. It's got a little resistance when shifting and feels like I'm pushing through mud almost. Any thoughts? I don't think it's fluid, b/c 1&2 feel normal. 5th is worse. It goes in gear and stays in gear, but it's almost like a rubber busing is catching and making it hard to move. Normal or hard driving doesn't matter.

Yeah I believe he is talking about that.. however I would retrace your steps on the install. You just did a turbo swap? Did you do anything else? Change anything? If you moved your IC piping then it is likely that your pipes are coming into contact with your linkage when shifting. Hope this helps, Keith.

I did move some i/c piping, but it is all running on the bottom of the car. The only thing I did think about like that is the air intake. It sits right by it, but it has been in the same spot all along. And I only notice the problems in 3,4,5 which seems to go from strange (3rd), stranger feel (4th), very awkward and kind of hard (5th).

Ok, think I got it. Lower radiator hose was tweaked for j pipe and IC pipe. I think it's just hitting the lower rad hose. I'll get a custom fit one tomorrow and try that.
