Is your car an auto or 5 speed?

After reading the forums on some Mitsu's website, i beleive the SP II is purposly designed for the Automatic transmission.

it is an auto trans, and is there anything compatible , or will dexIII work in it

After reading on some of the fourms, it looks like sp II is the best bang for its buck out there. I would just go with the sp II anyhow seeing as its pretty comon.. :thumb:

I have used Amsoil ATF(universal) for couple weeks now. I am very satisfied with it. It does say on the bottle, that it is compatible with Diamond SP II and SP III. But if you do not want to use synthetic, I would recomment the Mopar or the Diamond. There are rumors about BM Trickshift, being good as well, but again it is your car! .ROFL
