JNZ Tuning sells some hard ones which are better than factory...just call them and ask. Other vendors also carry them but I forget who.
 
you can do the DIY method and press in skateboard bearings in there, 2 per cable. I have done this to 2 of my dsm's and on my friends GVR4
 
Actually, if you take the bushing out and sand paper the inner part of where the bushing sits, you should be able to press one skateboard in and use a couple spacers with bearing lube. Even though it is a sealed bearing, you should still grease up that whole assembly once in a while.
