tranny grinds in neutral to first when warm

my 90 gsx grinds from neautral to first or reverse when the tranny warms up. when i first start it its perfect but after a long drive it grinds again only from neutral out.i bled the system and my clutch doesn't slip.

Have you checked the master and slave cylinder to make sure they are not leaking. Also might want to adjust pedal tom get some more fluid movement from it. What gearlube are you running?

Try using neo fluid that usually helps the synchro's come back.

i just checked them there good,master/slave cylinder.if i'm downshifting into first it never grinds only neutral to first and only when warm..the type of fliud i have no clue its the original in this car before i bought it 2yrs ago.

Use Syncromesh or Redline.

This will help loads, mine does this to, just take it easy, and when you're putting it into reverse or first just go nice and slow, that helps, or you can quick move it to second then first, no grind.

when its warm i either start it in first or reverse then change out of my gears..The whole 1st to second thing is exactly what i do and it works perfectly.Guess its kinda a relief other people have the same problem.its not bad just annoying.Where can i buy redline at?

what you said about going nice and slow to is very true on my car.If i just put steady but light pressure it always slides in not problem .Once its in first i can shift effortlessly throu the rest and back down.
