Tranny Grinding into 3rd

I changed the clutch yesterday to a ACT 2600 with street disk, new flywheel, flywheel bolts, oem throwout bearing....Etc.. When I shift into 3rd under load it grinds. I can coast for a second and ease into 3rd with no grinding. But, if I shift hard or quick it grinds. Could the clutch being out of adjustment cause this? All the other gears don't grind but, they feel kinda notchy.

I bet your clutch grabs right off the floor too aye? Adjust the master cylinder rod out a turn or two and it should be all gravy!
