Anyone know any tracks in the northern New Jersey area, close to NYC. Also, how much should I be looking to pay to enter or subscribe to the track?

After I get my car 1/4 time, how much will it drop if i do the free upgrades? (about)

Also, if anyone can help me with this my car has a whistling noise that comes on around 3500 rpms, sounds like a turbo, but there is no turbo installed. I feel a pull when it comes on like a turbo. Someone told me it was an exhaust leak, but a local mechanic lifted the car and said the exhaust was good and could not figure out where it was from and to send it to a dealer. I am still waiting on my title from the dealership, but would like to know if anyone has had this problem before?

Your 1/4 mile gains will be negligable at best, and to think anything else would be bench racing and speculation. It is all dependant on driver. It would also help to know what kind of car you have, that eliminates a number of potential problems. If you have a Gs-t, GSX, RS-t, or Tsi, you have a turbo. Its not that hard to miss. Look at your exhaust manifold and see if there is a big turbine attached to it.

Thanks for the track, my car is a 96 eclipse rs, i topped off at 104ish with 3 people in the car including me and no mods. I just noticed an oil leak, but im not sure if its my car or my dads because we park in the same driveway and alternate spots. Anyone have any oil leak problems on this car that can give me some tips before i send to a mech.

I wanted to check the 1/4 mile times and such just to get a feel at what I want to aim for. I don't want a 9, 10, or 11 second car, I just want something that I can drive around town, beat on the little civics with exhausts, and blast some tunes with. I have no clue what my car times in at, but would like to know to see how the improvments i put in help it.
