I was wondering, is there a specific way to put the new TPS on because I put it on and I'm trying to get DSMLink in but its giving me a 100% throttle reading on DSMLink and its testing out at 4.67 volts and it does not change when I adjust it. I really need to get DSMLink so I can get rid of this annoying check engine light problem I'm getting (misfire code from having a 6-bolt in a 2g).

Yeah I was thinking that but it runs decent when the stock ECU is in (the BISS screw is tightened all the way down though). When I put DSMLink in the idle surges from 1k to 2k RPMs continuously and dies unless you give it gas.

Post a log with it idling like that, you've got ECMLink for a reason. What kind of car is it? Your car type is listed as "LOOKING" so I, nor anyone else, can help you very effectively...

That is how my TPS is oriented but when I turn it with the ohmmeter on it the voltage doesn't change.

Its a 95 Talon TSI (FWD) with a 1990 6bolt motor; I can post a log up tomorrow.

Put DSMLink in today and set the Throttle Position % to 0% from within ECMLink and enabled the idle switch but its now throwing a Throttle Circuit Malfunction code and it doesn't drop RPMs when you let off the throttle like its supposed to so I'm going to buy a new TPS and call it a day ;) just figured I would update you guys.
