On my safc it says wot 100% and on my pocket logger it says 96% and i tryed to adjust the tps and the hights i got it to is 97%. whitch one is right?

I read about this somewhere on the forums. I think that the tps is reporting correct and the safc reads 100. But the pocketlogger will never read 100 even though you can't give it anymore.
