I have a 98 GST Spyder basicly completely stock...a few weeks ago I thru a CEL and scanned it to find out it was the TPS causing this...I got a new TPS and threw it in and the CEL went off. Well yesterday I was driving and the CEL came back on and after scanning it again it revealed that again the TPS code was being thrown. Is there anything that would cause a TPS to go bad or throw a code besides a faulty TPS or could it just be that I got a defective TPS? Any info will be helpful, thanks.
