Total engine build recommendation

I recently came into an undisclosed amount of money and I am wanting to have my GSX engine rebuilt. I am wanting to go to a 2.3 stroker and do a complete head job. I would love to just rebuild it myself but I am a soldier and do a lot of flying in the desert and wont be able to do it by myself for many months to come. However, I was going to do some shopping around and was wondering if anyone has had any engine work done by English Racing, Buschur Racing, AMS, Ect. and can give a recommendation. I am wanting to get started ASAP
