Hows build looking? An bov recommendation

Ok so I bought a Thermal rNd full 3"inch exhaust with 3" punishment racing downpipe and ets 3"inch fmic kit, o2 housing dump off, An just need idea's on manifold and a tial bov. The piping on the ets is setup for tial so need some help on that. An I need a nice manifold. Think this a good start for my goal of 400 hp??

what type of turbo are you using ? It's hard to tell you haven't given any real information on your setup, but yes tial is a very good bov and wastegate.

Ok well I got a built head with bigger cams( not sure what size ). A 16g evo 3 turbo. Running 20 psi, not sure what fuel system its running I am getting the whole car checked out tuesday while I am at work so I know what is all on the car. Ok when I get the tial bov which a guy locally is selling one for 175, what kind of waste gate do I need??

Let's reword that.Seems you got your exhaust and front mount intercooler kit from ets, and those are a good start on upgraded.If you want 400hp you might want to look into evo3 16g, but that would be pushing it alot, and probably wont happen on pump gas.Maybe look into a bigger turbo.If you go the 400hp path don't forget you need injectors fuel pump and tuning equipment.I love the tial q bov, but comes down to what you like personally.Check out some video's on youtube if you want that whole sound aspect of the bov, or look into reviews if you want quality for a good price.You have to remember alot of these mods are power adders but help unleash the power when you make it.The stock 2g manifold can be pushed pretty well or getting a ported evo3 exhaust manifold.I am not sure you will fall in love with that o2 dump, and I am sure the cops are in love with them eather.But I hope this gives you some input on where to go.Happy trails.

No I had it worded right, I have a evo 3 16g already and I am not sure on my fuel mods.

I was just a little confuse what you wanted info on.How to make 400hp? Or what parts to buy?I would check to make sure you have atleast a 255 fuel pump and 750-1000cc injectors and something to tune them with like dsmlink.ETS can flange any bov on your intercooler piping if you call em up tell them what you want.The Tial Q is my favorite one.You can run a external wastegate like 38mm one if you want or you should be fine on the stock evo3 16g one.

yea they flanged the tial on the piping thats why I was asking.

You'll definitely want a bigger turbo unless you want to make 400whp the hard way. To get that with a 16g, you'll need to switch to e85, have every supporting mod, and a hell of a tune. Do some research to see what turbo would fit your needs and figure out what fuel system you are currently running and what is being used to tune it.

how about an hx35 for turbo choice?

with a bep housing.

hx35 are good with a .55 bep housing.
