oh i plan on it haha. he claims hes getting a turbo in 2 weeks, but i highly doubt it. its completely stock and its stick, and i know he cant drive good yet cause he just learned how to drive, but apparently he can whoop me. im a pretty good driver, got a quick shift. and he doesnt know im getting spray... :shhh: haha he might get a car length at most on me in the beginning, but i hit the n2o and GOODBYE!!!
 
I hit 130 in my 97 GS with reg gas and 100,000 miles on the engine and no mods. STOCK EVERYTHING LOL.
 
I hit 125 on mine on the 14 here in socal, and it was still pulling. I slowed down because I knew I had never gone that fast and kinda freaked out.
 
well than smart guy you should know that i share my computer with my brother and he has a 99 n/t turbo and you can say read and comprehend all day. your a freaken retard for real.. trying to school me about history what a retard for real man. if you know what exactly you were talking about than shut up about it but dont post unless your willing to take the &hit people give. yahh the post was posted by my account but my brother and i have both proven what the governer will stop at. you should run full speed into your own fist. haha governer that. haha ive seen many performanced 420a's and of course it has potential. but if you knew anything you wouldnt be talking all bad about a honda like your just cold air intake has more power... actually, i dont mean to burst u N/A guys bubbles, but in my 1991 Accord LX 5 speed with 226k on the motor would school N/A eclipses and talons all day, with intakes and exhausts, i had an intake. ;) it was a gem.
 
I have a 91 mx6 and stock that thing is faster than my stock eclipse. It ticks me off, but thats a fact. So I would have to say I agree that our N/t cars are not real fast, but they do go pretty good if you hit the right shift points. They can still take many cars out there, but watch out for the sleeper rs's and gs's :shhh:

what? 226k miles? do you own this car or something? well all i know is i walked all over my friends 93 accord. not sure the differences between the 91 and 93 models, but his 93 was pretty slow.

i thought the mx6's were pretty slow. this kid has one that is all "pimped out" i guess you could say, its all looks stuff, body kit, that stuff, and its real slow. but i dunno what year it is.

wasnt comparing a 1g turbo to a 2gnt, 2g turbo to a 2gnt. red apple and green apples :thumb:

well it had 226k with no rebuild. the compression was 170 psi in all 4 cylinders. it was lowered with an intake, prelude vtec wheels, and tinted windows. i also had a bunch of un necessary shit eliminated but regardless. it was a ####in gem. i dont know how it ran so good. i raced a 96 ex 2 door SOHC vtec, and i had a trunk full of groceries in the car and it was dead even. he has 15 hp on me stock, i weighed 200 pounds more than him, and he had an i/h/e. both were 5 speeds. it was just a freak of nature i think. if i didnt turbo it and end up having it get smashed by a blazer, it would never have stopped running. LOL

that sucks, were you hurt? that must have been a factory freak or somehting, cause they are usually not that fast, in my experience
 
no..i put my head through the window and my girlfriend got knocked out but i was so pissed about it i didnt even realive it. i put down 194hp at the wheels with the turbo set up i fabricated for it on 7 psi. it ran great. but when it was N/A, i would beat my friends 03 civic ex 5 spd. with an intake and exhaust. im tellin u, it was a freak of nature.
 
Nevermind the fact that were all posting about how we did some insane speed on a public road like an ass. Bench racing is ###. Unless the speed, time, or horsepower claim was done at a track, strip or dyno shop, why do we even pay any attention to this sort of thing? :rolleyes:
 
well i dont think most of us have the power to reach a top speed on the track. none the less its bad, but it happens

I bet you don’t know the difference between H22 and B18.... your just dumb.... :thumb: your all about knowledge but don’t have any... maybe you should stick to history and not cars.
