Hey I'm just starting my rebuild on my 90 Plymouth laser planning on running a 20g turbo wat kind of cams and valves,springs,etc.would a good choice to go with?

As long as you have factory 6T valves installed you will be ok.

You need to match the springs to your cams.

Dig thu the build threads and see what others have done and used and what results they achieved.

First thing is check the health of the engine and do the basic maintenance.

Then follow the upgrade paths laid out.

I would suggest disassembling and thoroughly cleaning all lifters or just buy a brand new set of 3g lifters for ~$80. Stick with the stock valves. Lightly clean up the casting flash in the bowls and the jagged edges where the seats were pressed in.

Cam (and spring) upgrades will generally move the power band higher. Depending on your goals and what the car is for (daily driver vs. occasional track car vs. drag queen) will have a big impact on what to get. Personally I would save the money from the cams and delete the balance shafts, put in some ARP headstuds, and do more reliability-oriented maintenance.
