Too much oil pressure?

I searched but I couldnt find what I was looking for.

I know everyones talked about oil pressure and whats too low 500,000 times but what is considered too much oil pressure?

3000~3200 rpm, car fully warmed up, I'm seeing about 90~95psi on my mechanical oil pressure gauge.

When I get on it, it goes over 100psi.

At what point do you have to start worrying about seals?

Good question..I get kinda worried too b.c my car seems to go around 90psi of pressure when at idle b/c of my idle surge problem, but I hadn't even thought about the seals going bad...If no one has an accurate answer then try the SEARCH button, there could possibly a thread or 2 talking about it that you had just missed

Yeah I searched, didnt find anything. Possably someone else can think of search string that might come up with something I missed.

Normal, good oil pressure is 10 psi per 1000 rpm.
