TOB, or what?

Alright, I'm pretty sure this is the throwout bearing, but I figure I'd get some more opinions before I drop my tranny and find out that it wasn't the problem.

When accelerating, I hear a clicking sound, and it stops when I push in the clutch. And at idle, I have a rattling sound that stops when I push in the clutch. I have no difficulties going into gear, I used to have some going into third, but that's because I was trying to be a racecar driver and speed shift like none other, so I have no problems going into gear. Does it sound like the throwout to you? Or what else?

Also, my exhaust is too loud to get it on video, so that's not really an option.

I would say it is the tob since the sound stops when clutch is pushed in.

Is it an old clutch?? If it is, it could be the spring rattling due to wear & tear on the clutch plate where the spring sits.
