OK, my sister gave me her 95 eclipse because it has been just sitting for 2 years.
The car would crank but not start, so I started checking everything, Coil pack, spark plugs/wires, changed the fuel filter, everything fine but the fuel pump would not come on.
So I just took some wire with a 30 amp in line fuse ran it from the positive battery terminal and tapped it in to the (black wire with light blue stripe) on the fuel pump, bingo the car started everytime. So I figured, fuel pump relay.
Well the autozone here didn't have it and couldn't order it. So i went over to advance auto,
the guy started searching at found it but it would cost me 86 bucks because you had to get the whole rail WTF . I told him holy crap and he said it was a lot to pay for a little box, so he pulled out his relay cross reference manual and searched for 20 minutes till he found an exact match, which only cost $10 instead and it works just fine, I know a lot of people have had this problem and this could save you some of cash.
The relay is made by GP SORENSEN part # MR76
Hope that helps someone else save a little
