How well will a 215/45R16 tire fit on a 95 GST? Will there be any rubbing or not? Or would it be better to go with a 205/45R16?

If that isn't a good setup, what would be a recommended tire size for a 16in rim?

Well... if u want 45 tires, i recommend u to go 17" rims (min), i have 16" with 225/60 on my DSM, but used 2 have 225/40/18" in front and 225/45/18" in the rear, and i'm waaay more comfortable with the 16" (i live in Mx and driving in the streets with big rims is a pain in the 4ss)

A good plus size would be 225/50/16, according to the system here at work anyways. :)

Yea, edge of the tread sticking out way past the edge of the rim.

Even stock 205/55/16's tread barely sticks out past the edge of the rim. But the tire stay flat to reduce edge rounding when making turns.

Keep the pressure tight, or a lot of squirming will happen.

I actually have after market Ultra rims, and I'm trying to find more info on them ( http://www.dsmtuners.com/forums/app...439506-info-needed-old-ultra-racing-rims.html ). I didn't measure them last month when I got them and had the 205/60 tires put on from the old stock rims (which were beat to death). However, due to a spring-strut-hub replacement I'm about to do soon, and a need of alignment, I'm going to be getting new tires. Also, the previous owner had put some Rubber Vee tires on, and they suck to put it nicely.

Thanks for the link. Was super helpful in getting a visual for different tire sizes.
