Okay i am building my 4th motor for my dsm. The last one i had a Mitsu timing belt on and it came apart after only 7k. It was 9 months old. So now after digging my valves out of my je pistons i am reluctant to go back to another mitsu timing belt. I am thinking about a greddy belt but i don't know. What do you guys reccomend to beef up the factory belt.
And before you try and blame the belt snapping on the pullies or tensioner know that i have the factory service manual and i am a toyota tech so i know how to check for these problems. It just came apart.
Thanks,
Poor
