I have a quick question!! When I bought my 91gs turbo the guy was running 14/15 psi and @3 degrees timing Now my question is if I set the timing back yo stock @5 degrees...will I have to run less boost?? Thanks,,,,,,,,

Generally not, but the best way is to change the timing and use a logger to see if timing is being pulled due to knock on a 2000-7000 RPM pull in third gear. If you see knock, you can either:

1. Back down the boost
2. Retard the timing in 1 degree increments until it goes away.

While I doubt it, you could be knocking now and not know it. At least get a logger right away and see where you are as a baseline.

Good luck!
