Its time to take the next step for performance , going for 400-500 hp street .All ALL maintenance done
Brand new head gasket apr head studs torqued to 73 (Should i torque them more?)
Parts list
Dsm link is next as soon as they start shipping again :thumb:
Now for wideband , so many out there , toss me ideas and places to buy from :hmm: ...I also have a full 3" exhaust to the back , can i take out the 02 sensor and replace it with the wide band one or do i need to weld a bung just for the wide band?
Injectors ( i have never played with this ) so what size cc , brand , places to buy them
Fpr ..I have seen many differn't ones whats the difference , between the expensive ones and ebay ones ? Also whats your preference and where to get them from
Clutch what do i get i tryed act 2600 no go on holding i get slippage , have a stage 3 dual friction in atm i can slip it @4500rpms 12psi(unless i adjust the rod ,but then i dont have reverse or 1st..But i can do pulls all day long 14psi no problems)

Any other things i will need let me know

Also side note question ..I did fuel pump rewire , can i cut the plug out and just ground the pump ? i have an issue with my ground atm (possible at the plug) ..Or do i need to ground the pump and the other ground on the other side of the plug that goes to the front of the car?

Still looks like u need to do some maintenance. I would recommend not going to hard on the stock motor, your not going to get very far on a stock motor without it being a little done up. Just grab a aem wideband leave the stock o2 in front and weld a bung on your downpipe for the wideband. Best bet is to follow the upgrade guide if you do a search, good luck on your build.

My suggestions.

Yes. I have mine torqued to 90 ft/lbs. If I remember correctly, ARP suggests 80 ft/lbs

Good choice! :thumb:

Innovate MTXL. AEM is not DSMLink friendly. :hmm: ...I also have a full 3" exhaust to the back , can i take out the 02 sensor and replace it with the wide band one or do i need to weld a bung just for the wide band?
Yes, you can use the wideband for narrowband simulation. I would advise against it. Weld a bung into the downpipe before or right after the flex section and let the ECU and stock sensor control fuel trims. (you'll learn all about this when you get Link)

This depends on the turbo you choose. Injectors don't support PSI, they support airflow (lbs/min). Regardless, I would suggest at least 1000cc so you have the option of E85 and can support nearly any bolt-on turbo on pump gas. Places to get them: Classifieds, Fuel Injector Clinic, STM.com, any big vendor really.

Ebay FPR's are junk. You truly get what you pay for. I would suggest Aeromotive or Fuelab. You will need an adapter flange to use the stock rail. STM carries a DSM install kit. Places to get them: Classifieds, STM, MAP, Jegs, etc. Again, most big vendors carry them.

How many miles on the clutch? If your looking to replace it I would go with South Bend SS TZ series or even the next step up if you plan to hit well over 500ft/lbs of torque soon. I'd do something with the flywheel (replace or resurface) as well as the pivot fulcrum, clutch fork, TOB, and SS clutch lines.
Any other things i will need let me know

Your stock 7-bolt will also be a limiting factor. 450hp is pushing it. You will also need a good FMIC.

Ahhh sorry guys i already have a Fmic , head is fully built with 1mm over sized valves (not sure what springs and retainters but they aren't stock) oil port has been done

Clutch has less then 2000 km's on it ,act 2600 has about 5k on it before it fell apart ..I let them break x2 at 5-10psi then lay into them

Wes -thanks for that i will try it all :D thank for the proper answers ...I have a 6 bolt block that i will be tossing in after i push it to it's max
