Sometimes when I accelerate quickly I get a loud thumping noise before the car takes off. I have seen the vfaq for the rear end thump but I thought it was only for AWD DSM's?

Does it do it when you turn sharply and accelerate? If so, you need to replace your CV joints.

Just accelerate, however I did start hear clciking turning a corner today, I know thats a sign of CV joints, I didn't know they would make the car Thump.
