Throttle issue

1990 GS turbo. I get no response from gas pedal everything is hooked up and car will start but will not react when throttle is pished

Check if the cable on the throttle is hooked up

also checkfor adjustment on the throttle body. the adjustment nuts will be on a bracket located on the intake manifold

There has to be something you can see that's disconnected. When you pull on the cable at the throttle body does the butterfly valve open ?

Of course check all the lines to it. Wouldn't be a bad idea to clean up all the funk out of it too, sometimes that can make a huge difference
