Throttle cable ?

I am wondering if a 1g throttle cable would work on a 2g car. My brother ordered a throttle cable for me, and the guy mitsu said the 1g cable will work. I am just trying to confirm if this is correct or not. Thanks

It is. You have to bend the plate a little though or it rubs. Don't hook it up to the pedal until you get it bent in the right direction. I had a 1g throttle cable in my GST.
