Throttle body vacuum lines not working?

[727DSM]

I have a 96 spyder with a 4g64. 2 out of 3 of my vacuum lines have no suction.

The vacuum lines are labled P E A

P is the only one that has suction.

Also I would like to know which each of the lines are for.

Everytime i search i get turbo vacuum line routing

What did you use for a throttle body gasket? I've seen rtv clog vacuum ports. Pull your tb off and check the IM side for obstructions.
