Alright, did a leak test while back and had huge leak coming from the throttle body, so did a little research and found all the possible things like the biss o-ring and the gaskets and shaft seals, so bought all oem replacements and took it off and the only thing that was really different was that the shaft had original metal lips and o-rings which were fried so i replaced with the newer shaft seals which had the metal lips on them already installed, but greased them up nicely before and after putting them on. Marked all the pieces on it with either whiteout or a sharpe before taking off except the second/inner shaft spring and the TPS which was ###### one of main things to do and it ended up getting little out of adjustment but fixed it to pretty close to where it should be. Still needs to be more exact but really no problems there.

The problem is that on occasion when driving and at idle the TB will stick open just a hair causing to rpms to go up to a max of so far bout 1k, usually they just rise a couple hundred, and when it happens i can either pop the up and push the a little to make it close all the way or when in the car i can put my put behind the gas peddal and bring it forward instead of pushing it down and that seems to close it all the way too. I Marked the outer spring on the shaft with whiteout to know how much to wind it back up but there was another spring inside of that one that didnt get marked, and when cleaning the shaft it came seperated and when putting it back on didnt really realize if it also needed to be wound any or not and didnt so dont know if that is cuasing it from closing all the way or not, the throttle cable seems to be nice and tight so dont know what else could be causing the problem.

So just wanted to see what anyone else thinks it could be before i go and take it off searching for the cause.

Another quick thing to check is that your throttle cable hasn't popped out of the little track on the opening mechanism. After reinstalling my cable once, I didn't quite get it all the way in there, and the results were the same symptoms you describe. Just a 2-second check that could save you a lot of headache.
