I ordered a set of 6bolt ARP headstuds from SBR two weeks ago. I got them a week later, today I put the studs in, dropped the head onto the studs and start lubing up the nuts. One of the nuts does not have any threads at all! The other nine all have threads but this one does not.

O and the threadless nut has a smaller base then the other.

Now what am I supposed to do. I could tap threads into the bolt, but I dont have a metric tap set. I have an interview on tuesday and Im screwed. The car has been down for three weeks now, its like somebody doesnt want me to be happy and boosting. :notgood:

Ever hapenned to anybody else with ARP headstuds?

Email those pictures and the SBR invoice to ARP after calling their customer service. They are the kind of operation to 2nd day or next day a nut to you....
