Ok so ive searched to find some reviews on this fmic and everything ive read so far has been good. Im really tempted to order one because theyre on sale for really cheap right now and just want to make sure im spending my money wisely with this. So my question is this....whos running this fmic currently, whats your thoughts on them, how do you like them and would you reccomend someone else to purchase it. Thanks in advance for your opinions.

Works great holding 20psi on a 16g good temps cheap price just get a bov to match and your set.:hellyeah:

There should be a write up of short route fmic install on here maybe try search for it or someone will post it, I cant access alot at work atm or I would link it, but it's pretty basic install.

Just remember when orderin it what bov you wanna get and future proof. There is the 1g flange or the greddy flange or for more money tial.1g bov are cheap and greddy are decent price like the type s or type rs can hold alot of boost imo, don't forget to look into that too.FYI the 1g crushed can hold around 20psi so just thought I throw in that heads up.Good luck with the purchase you shouldn't regreat it.

Ya its a good kit. I run 30 psi with it and I have a NGR BOV. Great kit for the money and looks good too. Here's a picture installed for you.

dont need the j pipe still running the stock t25. sucks but my motors buikt and im just waiting to pick up a nice big turbo. But i wanna jump on this deal because its too good to pass up.

thanks for the pics and link guys

You will need to reuse some of the softpipe to use as intercooler piping on the T25 most likley, but still should go together pretty easy.

I have the SSAC (similar design) and it has been a great core. I made 491whp with no issues. I would highly recommend it as its an awesome piece. Im actually selling mine at the moment if interested? It would be a lot cheaper than new. Either way, good core.

appreciate the offer but im only buying new parts from now on. fmic, turbo, injectors, all things i have to have new.thanks though

I just installed one on my 2gb(talon, like yours) a few months back and I must say: for the price you cant beat it. Installing it isn't terrible but cutting the back of your somewhat rare 2gb front bumper-cover is a pain, I spent hours trying to make it flush, yet when I was finished it didn't quite line up. And the radiator support cutting, be cautious, there is a huge loom of wires right behind where you are supposed to cut. Overall though, even if I were not running a ported 14b on a core that can support twice what I can throw at it, I would still buy this because of its great price and quality. Check my profile pictures for images of it mocked up and then installed.

Actually their newer design comes standard with a 1g BOV flange and a Greddy flange.

Like everyone above me has said, I also agreed that it is a great FMIC. you can see a pic of it installed in my car with the factory crash bar just in case you want to get an Idea as to how it needs to be trimmed.

i got a PTE 6152 dbb and im running the VRSF... i just got in an accident and the fmic got a puncture in it. but looking at how thick the end tanks are they are good quality. the piping is so so... very light and feels like it will crush but it holds fine. i ordered a 2nd one but i havent had any problems... id highly recomend it

there is on ETS website... on their 2g FMIC advertisement they show the little triangle that needs to be cut.. thats really the only mod needed.

ETS 95-99 Eclipse 2G DSM 12" Ultra Race Super Short Route Intercooler Kit

also when i was setting boost with the MBC i was spiking to 28PSI no problems on the FMIC temps stayed fairly cool, did have some knocking issues but nothing methinol cant help. hard to say if the FMIC was a contributing factor or not.
