There was a previous thread about intakes in general that was on here about a week or so ago..Well its like this a damn pipe is a damn pipe. If it fits then it should do its job..I dont see anything wrong with this intake.

Buy it and prove everyone wrong...Write a review and make a thread...It is your car and as much as I and every other person on this site loves telling someone what to do, in the end, the decision is really up to you...I was just on Ebay today too and while searching around for DSM parts I saw the intake too...the seller seems to be some what reputable with over 1700 sells and over 98% feedback...this means that except for the occasional shipping problem, people seem to be happy with his products...Just look at the feedback comments..."EXcellent intake!" "Fast Shipping!"...Go for it! It is close to $40 so it is not like some big investment if something goes wrong

Take a look at that thing, you can so easliy make it. Its a 90*bend, cut in half, welded, with 2 rubber home depot couplers. That would cost you like 20 bux to make.

Must be some intake pipe convention going on someplace. This is about the fourth thread this week. Second one on this specific type.

No, people just aren't very good searchers...They all say they search but when I typed in ebay intake I found tons of threads

It is very possible to make that intake yourself...I mean how do you think the seller made it...Definitely not from some giant mass-produced factory!

-CrunchyMilk, post the (after) thread of the intake, this is very interesting :D :thumb:

It seems like a great deal to me, probably with a K&N filter.

and before anyone tells me to search, I did, and "ebay intake" finds about 8 pages, and none of it refers to this,

thanks guys :thumb:

They fit very poorly due to the 45 degree construction they dont sit high enough for the MAS to fit nicely. If you have a short route FMIC pipe kit on a 1G it doesn't fit, period. IF your looking for a 3" intake that will bolt right up, fit like stock and even clear a aftermarket IC pipe look here:

if your running a stock turbo its pointless to get a 3" pipe. Do what i did! it works great, you just need 20$$ do this one >>>HERE<<<

Enough with the plugging your site in every post. Become a Vendor and put it in the proper place.

Straight Line Specialties has nice stuff. I've recommended there products on a few different posts on here, and I sure don't work for em. My friend has some of their stuff on his gsx. They make great stuff, and at great prices.
