i just bought a greddy type s and i wanted to get the little cheap adapter the bolts it on to the stock 2g piping, and i cant find it anywhere. I looked for some cheap uicp but i really dont want to get a uicp now because i am doing a short route fmic in late summer. can anybody help me out here? i have searched too, but it did me no good. i really need to get this bov on. My stock 2g bov is leaking so bad that it will kick back and throw a code in 2nd and 3rd when i got WOT, every now and then [feels definately like fuel cut]. if any body has or knows of a cheap way to get it on there, or like a dave brode uicp [which i cant figure out where to order] i would appreciate it.

thanks

if you can find an upper IC pipe for a decent price, go with it. they normally hold there value. you can buy one for 100 bucks and sell it back for the same thing. about the brode IC pipe, you'll have to e-mail him.

Judging by your mods, I really doubt you're hitting fuel cut. Fuel cut is like hitting a brick wall, are you sure it's just not stuttering? If that's the case, check your plugs and wires. And when you're at the David Brode site, you've got to email him to set up the order, he's normally very quick about it.

Here's the flange for your Greddy for the stock UICP
http://www.dejontool.com/DSM-2g SIC.htm
It's at the very bottom.. $28.

i know its not stuttering because i have brand new plugs and wires on, gapped perfectly. also i dont have any boost control right now because im saving for a profec b spec 2 and my boost gauge reads about 17-18 at WOT. Stock it was like 13-14 then with the 3" tback and the injen intake it upped the boost to around 17-18lbs. I pretty sure its bucking because of the huge boost leak i have at the stock 2g bov. [has already been leak tested and thats the only place it leaks. from 11psi up] ill put a log up when i get a chance, and see what you think. later

oh thanks for the sites for that adapter. 30 bux plus 10 bux shipping for a piece that does virtually nothing, id be better off getting the L pipe for 100 bux instead.

later

I would say get the Dave Brode UICP he is also having a sale this money so it only cost me 70$ shipped. He is AWESOME to do business with too I will buy from him again :thumb:
