Hi Im a long time JDM guy thinking of buying a dsm but I dont know much about them. Just wanted to know if 92k is to many miles? Its a 95 Tsi AWD manual, and it has only had one owner, I checked its carfax and all checked out. The price is 7000. Please let me know that you think, thanx

I personaly think thats a bit high, but if the car is clean and you feel its worth it then yes. I would deff ask if the timing belt has been done and water pump. Depending on where you live and how much they charge in you erea, it can be price thing to get done. Or you can do it yourself, but some have found it difficult the first time doing it. Check for crankwalk. If you havent heard of it, do a search on here for it. Deff make sure thats not why this person is getting rid of it and make sure the car doesnt have it. These cars are fun, and even better when modded right. I paid 2500 bucks for my 95 tsi awd a year ago, and it had 125000 mils on it. If the timing belt and such has not been done, I would deff get that done soon after you purchase it.

Like he said check the conditions of these two parts. I'd would offer him 3500 tops unless it has mods.

Does the car have any mods done to it? If not then 7k is way to much for a 95 tsi. I wouldn't pay more than 5k for a stock 95 tsi even if it was in emaculate condition. Look at the classifieds, you will find a lot better deal than that for a newer car. Good luck

Car is stock I thought that might have been a little high in price its from a dealer so i doubt there gonna go lower. Ill keep looking though thanx alot.
