Well guys/gals Im really seriously considering building a 2.3 stroker from a 7 bolt. I know alot of you think I should go with a 6 bolt but I feel confident in the 7 bolts. Anyways, Im running a 6252bb t3 turbo with all the supporting mods. Will be pushing about 35psi . I'm not sure what my hp numbers will be but I want to have room to grow whenever I decide to upgrade to a bigger turbo. My main questions is what piston/rod/ crank setup should I be looking at? I want to be able to handle 800hp max ...safely. I do have a auto so this is the reason why I am looking into a stroker... more street friendly and low end torque. I do run e85 so what compression ratio should I go with to be able to get the best timing to hp numbers ? Ive read strokers DO NOT LIKE ALOT of timing so this is a real concern to me. Any input on this would be great.

10:1 Wiseco 1400hd pistons, R&R rods, crank of your choice. With an auto you'll probably be able to keep an OEM crank together. If you don't want to take as much of a risk buy an Eagle crank, if you want to have peace of mind buy a Magnus. There's really lots of rod/piston combos that will work for your goals. L19/MAP Ultimate Duty head studs and a FelPro MLS head gasket to seal it up. I would opt for L19 rod bolts instead of the standard 8740 hardware.
That's where I'd go with it.. I'm sure some will agree and others will have their own opinion. Good luck on your build!

Thanks..I already have the l19's , I was worried about lifting my head .LOL Why do you say I would be able to use a OEM crank? I always heard those dont tend to handle the power on a stroker? I am a complete nood to stroking so any info would be great. I'm not wanting to have the best... or most expensive.. just what works without breaking the bank and still be reliable.
